تُعدّ نظريّة الأفعال الكلاميّة حجر الدّرس التداولي الأساسوإحدى أهم ّالنظريّات اللّسانيّة التي عني بهاالباحثون على اختلاف مشاربهم العلميّة وتنوّع مجالات تخصّصاتهم المعرفيّة. لذلك رأينا تطبيقهاعلىأحد أبرز الخطابات المتداولة وهو الخطاب السياسيّ.
مدار اشتغالنا في هذه المقالةالأفعال التّوجيهيّةنظرا إلى أهمّيّتهاالبالغة في التأثير والإقناعوالتّواصل.وقد مثّلت خطابات صاحب السموّ الملكيّ وليّ العهد السعوديّ ورئيس مجلس الوزراء محمد بن سلمان، حفظه الله وسدّد خطاه، نقلة نوعيّة وغير مسبوقة في الخطاب السّياسيّ السّعوديّ. فكاننموذجاأوفى يجسّد أبعاد الفعل التوجيهيّما دفع إلى تحليله وفق آليّات وأدوات حدّدهااللّسانيّ "جون سيرل" في تصنيفه للأفعال الكلاميّة بشكل عامّ، مثل تحديد واسِم المحتوى القضويّ وواسم القوّة المتضمّنة في القول،والفعل الكلاميّ المباشر والفعل الكلاميّ المستلزم والغرض الإنجازيّ والقوّة الإنجازيّة التي ترميإلى تحقيق مقصديّة المتكلّم.
 
The theory of speech acts is considered the cornerstone of pragmatic study and one of the most significant linguistic theories that have received the attention of researchersfrom various scientific backgrounds and diverse fields of knowledge. Therefore, we have chosen to apply it to one of the most prominent types of discourse, namely political discourse.This paperfocuses primarily on the directive acts because of its critical importance in influence, persuasion, and communication.The speeches of His Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman,Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia and Prime Minister, may Allah protect him and guide his steps, represent a qualitative and unprecedented shift in the Saudi political discourse.These speeches serve as a comprehensive model that embodies the dimensions of directive acts, promoting us to analyzethese actsbased on the mechanisms and tools outlined by John Searle in his general classification of speech acts. This includesidentifying the propositional content indicator, the illocutionary force indicator, the direct speech act, the commissive speech act, the illocutionary point, as well asthe illocutionary force, which aim to achieve the speaker’s intentionality.
