يُركِّز هذا البحث على مقاربة "التَّبدِّيات المضمونيَّة والبنائيَّة والتَّجلِّيات القيميَّة والإنسانيَّة في "العُهْدة العُمَريَّة""؛ لغاية "الاستقصاء التَّحليليِّ والاستصفاء الاستقرائيِّ للثِّيمات والتِّقانات"؛ بما يُظهر قيمة الخطاب العُمَريِّ؛ على صُعُد: (حماية الأديان، وتكريم الإنسان، وإشاعة الأمان)، في بيت المقدس بخاصَّةٍ، وضمن البلاد الَّتي فتحها المسلمون بعامَّةٍ.
وتتواتر أُطُر الدِّراسة في خمسة مباحث؛ حيث اختصَّ أوَّلها بالتَّوطئة التَّمهيديَّة المقترنة ببيان: (المفاهيم، والبواعث، والعُهْدة، والمُتَعهِّد t)؛ وارتبطت المباحث اللَّاحقة بالتَّوصيف التَّحليليِّ المنعقد على مقصد استبطان: (المحاور المعماريَّة: البنائيَّة، والمرجعيَّة)، (والمُؤَثِّرات التَّشكيليَّة: النَّسقيَّة، والنَّمطيَّة)، (والجماليَّات البلاغيَّة: التَّكوينيَّة، والوظيفيَّة)، (والمُؤَشِّرات الفكريَّة: القيميَّة، والإنسانيَّة).
ويجري مُخَطَّط البحث على المنهج العلميِّ؛ بالاستناد إلى الوصف في الجانب التَّمهيديِّ، والارتكاز على الاستدلال والاستنباط في المدارسة الوصفيَّة التَّحليليَّة، وتمثُّل الاستقراء في استخلاص نتائج المستويات النَّصِّيَّة، والتَّمظهرات القيميَّة، والإيحاءات الإنسانيَّة، مع التَّبصُّر الفاحص بمأثور الإضاءات التَّاريخيَّة، وأظهر الأدوات اللِّسانيَّة والنَّقديَّة.وخَلَصَ الباحث إلى القيمة الكُلِّيَّة لخطاب "العُهْدة العُمَريَّة"؛ من جهات: (المحاور المعماريَّة، والمُؤَثِّرات التَّشكيليَّة، والجماليَّات البلاغيَّة، والمُؤَشِّرات الفكريَّة)؛ بما يُرسِّخ أهمِّيَّة: (المضامين، والمرجعيَّات، والأنساق، والأنماط، والمُكَوِّنات، والأغراض، والقيم، والآفاق)؛ ويتساوق مع الغاية العُمَريَّة الماثلة في تأمين المستويات: (الدِّينيَّة، والاجتماعيَّة، والاقتصاديَّة، والفكريَّة)؛ وصولًا إلى تعميم مظاهر: (التَّعاون، والتَّرابط، والتَّشارك، والتَّكاتف، والتَّعاضد، والتَّآزر)، بين أفراد المجتمع الواحد؛ في سبيل التَّحقيق الفاعل لقيم: (العدالة، والحقِّ، والخير، والحُرِّيَّة، والكرامة، والاحترام، والمساواة).
This research focuses on examining the “Substantive and Structural Manifestations, and Ethical and Humanistic Revelations in “Umar’s Assurance”” to conduct an "Analytical Inquiry and Inductive Examination of Themes and Techniques". It highlights the value of Umar's discourse in terms of (protecting religions, honouring humanity, and promoting security), specifically in Jerusalem and generally in the lands brought under Muslim stewardship.The research’s framework includes Five Sections. The first of which is The Introduction that includes (The Concepts, The Motivations, The Assurance, and The Assurer). The Subsequent Sections are dedicated to analytical descriptions aimed at uncovering: (Architectural Dimensions: Structural and Referential), (Formative Influences: Systemic and Paradigmatic), (Rhetorical Aesthetics: Compositional and Functional), and (Intellectual Indicators: Ethical and Humanistic).The research’s framework adopts the scientific method, focusing on the description in the introduction, relying on reasoning and deduction in the descriptive-analytical study, and employing induction to derive conclusions regarding textual levels, value manifestations, and human implications. This is paired with a critical examination of notable historical insights and key linguistic and critical tools.The researcher concluded that the overall value of "Umar’s Assurance" discourse is reflected in its key elements: (Architectural Dimensions, Formative Influences, Rhetorical Aesthetics, and Intellectual Indicators), reinforcing the significance of: (meanings, references, systems, patterns, components, purposes, values, and horizons). This approach aligns with the overarching objective of the Umarian vision, which seeks to establish secure (religious, social, economic, and intellectual foundations), leading to the adoption of features such as (cooperation, interconnectedness, sharing, solidarity, mutual support, and mutual assistance) among members of society, thus effectively realizing the values of: (justice, truth, goodness, freedom, dignity, respect, and equality).
