المسؤولية التكاملية للجامعات العربية المعاصرة في ترسيخ وتعزيز مفهوم الأمن الفكري The Integrated Responsibility Of Contemporary Arabic Universities in Establishing And Strengthening The Concept Of Intellectual Security.

تهدف هذه الدراسة لتبيان دور الجامعات المعاصرة في تعزيز الأمن الفكري، ورفع مستوى الوعي بالمواطنة، وترسيخ الانتماء الوجداني الوطني لدى طلبة الجامعات بالتضامن مع مؤسسات الدولة المختلفة ذات الاهتمام المشترك، وكذلك التعرف على الآليات الفعالة لتحقيق هذا الهدف، ومن أهداف هذه الدراسة أيضا المحاولة لطرح حلول ومعالجات لمشكلات الأمن الفكري عن طريق تفعيل دور الجامعات كمؤسسات تعليمية، وإيجاد أسس ومرتكزات يجب تفعيلها كاستراتيجيات وآليات مفترضة يتوقع منها تلبية الحاجات وسد الثغرات. فقد وجدت الدراسة علاقة ارتباطيه وثيقة بين دور الجامعات في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلبة ومستوى المواطنة لديهم. هدفت الدراسة أيضا إلى توفير العديد من المراجع أشبه بـ (الببليوغرافيا) ذات العلاقة المباشرة بهذه الدراسة وموضوعها أو تفرعاته لتكون عونا للباحثين في أوجه مفهوم الفكري المختلفة. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الذي يعتمد على جمع المعلومات من الوثائق والدراسات العلمية والدوريات وغيرها بهدف توصيف وتوضيح المفهوم وتشعيباته المختلفة المتداخلة والمتشابكة، وبيان أهميتها وتحليل جوانبها المختلفة. خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج وتوصيات تتعلق بالمناهج الدراسية، والأستاذ الجامعي، والأنشطة الطلابية، والتأمين على دور المؤسسات الدعوية والأمنية في عملية تكاملية مع الجامعات لرسم صورة مشرقة للاستقرار الأمني في المجتمع ووقايته من الفكر المتطرف والاختراقات الأمنية.
This study aims to Shed light on the expected role of contemporary universities in Arab Countries, in enhancing intellectual security awareness, raising the level of national affiliation among universities students in collaboration with various state institutions of common interest , as well as adopting effective mechanisms to achieve these goals.
this study also attempting to find strategies and mechanisms to solve intellectual security violation and breakthrough by activating Universities as educational institutions. These Goals cannot be achieved without basic pillars assumed strategies and mechanisms to meet the needs and fill gaps. The study found out, with no doubt, a close physical and fundamental relationship between universities^, role in enhancing intellectual security , National affiliation and citizenship among students. The study also aimed to provide many references, as a (Bibliography), related directly to this study, or its branches, to assist researchers in the various aspects of the concept of intellectual security.The study adopted the descriptive and historical approaches ,which depending on collecting information from different resources ,and clarifying ,analyzing concepts ,illustrating its various intertwined and interconnected ramifications.The study concluded out with several results and recommendations related to curricula, universities^, professors, students ,students^, activities, etc.., with illustration to the role of advocacy to draw a bright secured states and societies.
