محبة الوطن والانتماء له أمر فطري جبلت عليه النفوس، ومعلوم أن كل من نشأ في بلد معين، وأكل من خيره، ونعم فيه بالأمن، فإنه يحب وطنه فطرة،
ولتعزيز قيم المواطنة آثار إيجابية للمجتمع، ويتجلى ذلك فيما أولته المملكة من اهتمام بتعزيز قيم المواطنة من خلال رؤية 2030 في المحور الأول المتعلق ببناء مجتمع حيوي يعيش أفراده وفق المبادئ الإسلامية، ومنهج الوسطية والاعتدال معتزين بهويتهم الوطنية، وفخورين بإرثهم الثقافي العريق في بيئة إيجابية وجاذبة، تتوافر فيها مقومات جودة الحياة للمواطنين والمقيمين.
ويهدف البحث للتعرف على مفهوم التطبيقات الرقابية تجاه تعزيز قيم المواطنة، وأهميتها في الشريعة الإسلامية، والوقوف على قيم المواطنة في رؤية المملكة 2030م، ودور التعليم في التطبيقات الرقابية تجاه تعزيز قيم المواطنة، كما يهدف لبيان التطبيقات الرقابية تجاه تعزيز قيم المواطنة عبر تحليل مقرر الدراسات الاجتماعية بالصف الرابع الابتدائي.
واعتمد البحث المنهجين: الاستقرائي، والتحليلي، وذلك بتحليل مضامين مقرر الدراسات الاجتماعية في الصف الرابع الابتدائي.
ويشتمل البحث على تمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة.
ومن النتائج: أن لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني دورًا كبيرًا في تعزيز قيم المواطنة، ومنها: التعليم بتدريس مقرر الدراسات الاجتماعية للصف الرابع الابتدائي، وما تضمنه المقرر من تعزيز قيم المواطنة وفق رؤية 2030م.
ومن التوصيات: ضرورة تكثيف دور المؤسسات الحكومية لتعزيز قيم المواطنة في جهاتها بكل السبل المتاحة، فلا بد من التكامل بين جميع المؤسسات في جميع المجالات لتعزيز قيم المواطنة.

Among the recommendations: the need to intensify the role of government institutions to promote the values ​​of citizenship in their regions by all available means. There must be integration between all institutions in all fields to enhance the values ​​of citizenship.
