موقف المتطرفين من انضمام المملكة العربية السعودية للمعاهدات الدولية The extremists' position on Saudi Arabia's accession to international treaties

هدفت الدراسة: إلى بيان المقصود بالمتطرفين، والمعاهدات الدولية في الإسلام، والقانون الدولي، والتأصيل الشرعي للمعاهدات، وبيان شروط المعاهدات الدولية، وإيضاح منهج المملكة في الانضمام لها، كما هدفت إلى الوقوف على بعض تطبيقات المملكة للمعاهدات، والوقوف على المواقف التي يتخذها المتطرفون من انضمام المملكة للمعاهدات، والرد عليها، كما تبرز الدعاوى التي يثيرها المتطرفون من انضمام المملكة للمعاهدات والرد عليها، وسلكت الباحثة مناهج البحث العلمية المناسبة لتحقيق تلك الأهداف باستخدام المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي -الناقص-، والمنهج التحليلي -الكيفي.
أهم النتائج:
- خاصية الوسطية من أبرز خصائص، ومميزات الإسلام، وهي وسام شرف الأمة الإسلامية.
- التطرف الفكري نتاج اختلال في فكر الإنسان وعقله، والخروج عن الوسطية والاعتدال في فهمه وتصوراته للأمور، سواء كانت دينية، أو سياسية، أو اجتماعية، أو غيرها.
- من الخطأ أن نقتصر في مواجهة المتطرفين على المواجهة الأمنية إلا من لجأ إلى العنف من الجماعات المتطرفة، فلا يواجه إلا بالقوة والحزم، أما الفكر، فلا يقاوم إلا بالفكر.
وأوصت الدراسة: بالحث على استفادة المربين من المضامين التربوية العظيمة التي احتوت عليها صلح الحديبية، وتطبيقها، والاهتمام بشأن وثيقة المدينة من قبل الباحثين، ولا يُهمل دراستها وتمحيصها؛ لما لها من أبعاد سياسية، وإنسانية، وحضارية، كما أوصت بإنشاء مراكز متخصصة للدراسات والبحوث؛ للرد على شبهات الجماعات المتطرفة.
The importance of the study lies in addressing the problems raised by extremists and the positions they adopt against the Kingdom from its accession to international treaties, as it shows the dangerous curve that follows extremists and their exploitation of the issue of accession to international treaties and some of the items that contradict Islamic Sharia without the slightest awareness of the Kingdom’s reservations to these items, with an explanation  The future vision in organizing the Saudi leadership that enhances human security. 
The study aimed: to clarify what is meant by extremists, international treaties in Islam and international law, the legitimate rooting of treaties, clarifying the terms of international treaties, and clarifying the Kingdom’s approach to joining them, It also aimed to stand on some of the Kingdom's applications of treaties, and to identify the positions of extremists on the Kingdom's accession to treaties and respond to them, how prominent are the claims raised by extremists from the Kingdom’s accession to treaties and responding to them, and the researcher has taken appropriate scientific research methods to achieve these goals by using the descriptive inductive (minus) approach, and the analytical (qualitative) method.
The most important results: The characteristic of moderation is one of the most prominent characteristics and advantages of Islam, and it is a badge of honor for the Islamic nation.
Intellectual extremism is the result of an imbalance in human thought and reason, and a departure from middle and moderation in his understanding and perceptions of matters, whether religious, political, or social or other.
It is wrong to limit our confrontation with extremists to a security confrontation, except for those who resort to violence from extremist groups; it is only confronted with strength and firmness, but thought cannot be resisted except with thought.
The study recommended urging educators to benefit from the great educational contents that It was contained in the Treaty of Hudaybiyahand its application, and the interest in the city document by researchers, It does not neglect its study and scrutiny, because of its political, human and civilized dimensions, as recommended Establishing specialized centers for studies and research to respond to the suspicions of extremist groups.
