قدّم البحث توضيحاً لمفهوم الرواية التاريخية وخصائصها وأنواعها،  وتضمن مفهوم السرد وأنواعه والرؤية السردية وأنواعها. استعرض البحث تحليل رواية عندما تزهر البنادق للروائية الأردنية بديعة النعيمي، بالاعتماد على التحليل البنيوي، فتم استعراض بنية العتبات والبناء السردي وتشكيل الشخصيات الروائية وأدوارها وأهميتها في الرواية، كما تضمن البحث بنية الأسلوب السردي والبنية الزمكانية، وأساليب اللغة وعناصر البلاغة المستخدمة في الرواية
The research includes an analysis of a sample of the historical narratives that embodied the massacre of Deir Yassin, the town near the city of Jerusalem in Palestine.The introduction paved the way for the relationship between history and literature, aspects of the transmission and narration of history, and how literature contains historical events.The research clearly contained the concept of the historical novel, its characteristics and types based on references, the concept of narration and its types,and narrative vision and its types.
The research reviews the analysis of the novel When Guns Blossom by the Jordanian novelists, Badia Al-Nuaimi. It was analyzed based on an internalization decomposition, so the structure of the thresholds, the narrative construction, the formation of the novelist's personalities, their roles, and their importance in the novel were added.
