يتناول هذا البحث دراسة تفسير الإمام نظام الدين النيسابوري لأحكام صيد المحرم في تفسيره الموسوم بـ (غرائب القرآن ورغائب الفرقان)، دراسةً تحليليةً تطبيقيةً، تهدف إلى الكشف عن منهجه في عرض الأحكام واستنباطها من الآيات القرآنية، وبيان مدى تفرّده في تناولها مقارنةً بغيره من المفسّرين.
وقد اتبع الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي والمقارن، وذلك من خلال تحليل النصوص القرآنية موضوع البحث، واستقراء أقوال النيسابوري ومقارنتها بآراء غيره من المفسرين والفقهاء، مع بيان أدلّتهم ومناقشتها، وترجيح ما ترجّح منها بالدليل والبرهان.
وتبرز أهمية هذا البحث في كونه يُسلّط الضوء على جانب تطبيقي دقيق من تفسير النيسابوري، لم يحظَ بدراسةٍ مستقلةٍ من قبل، كما يبرز التكامل بين التفسير والفقه في فكر هذا الإمام، ويُظهر منهجه في الجمع بين البيان اللغوي والاستنباط الشرعي.
وقد خلص البحث إلى أنّ النيسابوري يتميّز بدقة النظر الفقهي، وحسن الربط بين المعنى اللغوي والحكم الشرعي، مع نزعةٍ عقليةٍ راشدةٍ في الترجيح والاستدلال، وأنّ تفسيره في أحكام صيد المحرم يمثّل نموذجًا راقيًا للتفسير التحليلي المقارن الذي يجمع بين عمق الفهم وجمال البيان.
This study examines Imam Nizām al-Dīn al-Nīsābūrī’s interpretation of the rulings on hunting while in a state of ihrām (pilgrimage consecration) as presented in his exegesis “Gharāʾib al-Qurʾān wa Raghāʾib al-Furqān.”
It is an analytical and applied study that aims to reveal his methodological approach in presenting and deriving legal rulings from Qur’anic verses, as well as to highlight the distinctive features of his treatment compared to other exegetes.
The researcher adopted the analytical, deductive, and comparative methods, by analyzing the relevant Qur’anic texts, studying al-Nīsābūrī’s opinions, and comparing them with those of other exegetes and jurists. The study discusses their evidences, analyzes their reasoning, and identifies the most convincing views based on textual and rational proof.
The significance of this research lies in its focus on a specific applied aspect of al-Nīsābūrī’s tafsīr that has not been independently studied before. It also underscores the harmony between Qur’anic interpretation and Islamic jurisprudence in his thought, and demonstrates his ability to combine linguistic precision with juristic insight.
The study concludes that al-Nīsābūrī is characterized by keen juristic perception, refined linkage between linguistic meaning and legal ruling, and a balanced rational tendency in preference and reasoning. His interpretation of the rulings on hunting while in ihrām represents a distinguished model of comparative analytical exegesis, blending depth of understanding with elegance of expression.
