الجريمة الإلكترونية وانعكاسها على الأمن الاجتماعي للأفراد : دراسة وصفية للنماذج وإستراتيجيات المواجهة Cybercrime and its impact on the social security of individuals: A descriptive study of models and coping strategies

هدف البحث وصف طبيعة الجريمة الإلكترونية في عصر تكنولوجيا الاتصالات والمعلومات وانعكاسها على الأمن الاجتماعي للأفراد، حيث أصبحت الجريمة الإلكترونية أكثر انتشاراً، وأوسع نطاقاً، وتعددت أسبابها ودوافعها، كما تشهد معدلات تنذر بالخطر، في ظل تعدد الوسائل التي يتم استخدامها من قبل مرتكبي تلك الجرائم، والتي تنوعت ما بين البرمجيات الخبيثة، والهندسة والشبكات الاجتماعية، وأحصنة طروادة، وبرامج الفدية وغيرها، ويشير الواقع الاجتماعي إلى أن فئة الشباب هي الأكثر عرضة لتلك الجرائم، نظراً لأنها الفئة الأكثر استخداماً لتكنولوجيا الاتصالات والمعلومات، وهو ما يتيح فرصة أكبر لوقوعهم ضحايا للجرائم الإلكترونية، كالتصيد الاحتيالي، والابتزاز والتشهير الإلكتروني، وانتهاكات البريد الإلكتروني، وحقوق الطبع والنشر، وغيرها من الجرائم، التي يكون لها انعكاسات وتأثيرات سلبية على الأمن الاجتماعي للأفراد، وتخلق نوعاً من عدم الثقة في استخدام التكنولوجيا، والتعامل عبر الإنترنت، الأمر الذي يتطلب إستراتيجيات فعالة للوقاية والمواجهة ، ويعد الأمن السيبراني أحد أهم هذه الإستراتيجيات، من خلال دوافع حماية الأفراد لبياناتهم وأنظمتهم الإلكترونية، إلى جانب الحفاظ على أمن بيئة الاتصالات والمعلومات، وتأمين الأجهزة التقنية بما تحتويه من أنظمة وبرامج وبيانات ومعلومات يتم تداولها عبر الإنترنت.
          The aim of the research is to describe the nature of cybercrime in the era of information and communications technology and its impact on the social security of individuals. Cybercrime has become more widespread and broader in scope, and its causes and motives have multiplied. It is also witnessing alarming rates, in light of the multiplicity of means used by perpetrators of these crimes. Social reality indicates that the youth category is the most vulnerable to these crimes, as it is the category that uses information and communications technology the most, which provides a greater opportunity for them to fall victim to cybercrimes, such as phishing, blackmail, electronic defamation, email violations, copyright, and other crimes, which have negative repercussions and effects on the social security of individuals, and create a kind of lack of trust in the use of technology and dealing online, which requires effective strategies to confront it. Cybersecurity is one of the most important of these strategies, through the motives of individuals to protect their data and electronic systems, in addition to maintaining the security of the communications and information environment, and securing technical devices including it contains systems, programs, data and information that are traded over the Internet.
